These terms apply to bookings, messaging and detailing services provided by That Detail Guy, a sole proprietorship operating in Parkland County, Alberta, Canada.

SMS program terms

That Detail Guy sends appointment, booking and service messages by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Deposit policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment and is applied to your final invoice. Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice retain the deposit toward the new date. Cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

Service limitations

Detailing improves the condition of your vehicle but cannot undo damage. Results on pre-existing damage, deep scratches, permanent staining or odour cannot be guaranteed.

Customer responsibilities

• The vehicle must be accessible at the agreed time and location.
• Access to power and water may be required to complete the service.
• Please remove personal valuables from the vehicle before service.
• Provide accurate contact, vehicle and address details.

Pricing and confirmation

Prices shown on our website are estimates based on typical vehicle size and condition. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. A booking request becomes an appointment once we confirm it with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta.
